  • Billing and Pricing Specialist

    DESCRIPTION

    We are seeking a Billing and Pricing Specialist to join our team at Marathon Flint Oil Company. The Billing and Pricing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of billing for our products and services and assist in pricing of petroleum products.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor and analyze pricing data to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
    • Generate invoices and process billing for customers in a timely manner
    • Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with customers
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing and billing information
    • Generate reports on pricing and billing performance for management review

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field appreciated but not required
    • Experience in billing or pricing
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Account Representative

    JOB SUMMARY

    Marathon Flint Oil company is looking for an Account Representative.  The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, result oriented and able to lead customers and enabling success for their business.

    The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining the relationship between the customer and the services provided by Marathon Flint Oil Company.  The Account Representative will be assisting the Branded / Wholesale Marketing and Account Managers with all aspects of daily tasks, new customer set up, and customer relations.


    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    The Account Representative will be accountable for:

    • Being an advocate for both Marathon’s Make it Count loyalty and Sunoco’s Go Rewards programs
    • Developing professional relationships with current and new Marathon Flint Oil customers
    • Incorporating and maintaining creative ways of working with project management teams
    • Coordinating projects with the Dispatch team
    • Be familiar with all brand programs and their requirements. 
    • Working closely and assisting Branded / Wholesale teams, enabling them to meet their objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
    • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
    • Manages relationship lifecycle for each customer
    • Be the “go to” company representative for any day-to-day retailer issues.  
    • Be the primary “follow up” company representative to speak with sites that have failed mystery shop and help get them back on track.  
    • Grand Opening / Retailer appreciation events.  Coordinate with retailer to help plan these events.

    SKILLS

    • Knowledge in business, marketing, or similar discipline.  
    • IT knowledge is appreciated but not necessary.

    • Marketing and brand development
    • Interpersonal and collaborative skills 
    • Sound decision making and judgment
    • Commitment and enthusiasm

    REPORTING STRUCTURE

    This position reports directly to the Brand / Wholesale team.


    COMPENSATION

    Annual salary + benefits + Paid Time Off + 401K contributions
